John EarlService Technician

John has been in the business of installing and maintaining HVAC equipment for 25 years. He graduated from Indiana Vocational Technical College in 1989 with a degree in HVACR, and he is a former member of R.S.E.S. To say John is knowledgeable in controls, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC equipment would be an understatement. He holds multiple certifications in Heat Exchangers, Flame Save Guard Controls, Unit Heaters, Installations, Service, and Repair. Along with those, he attends yearly manufacturer brand classes. John is very passionate about what he does.

Lynn’s father started the company in 1963 and Lynn started helping a few years later. A few days after completing high school, Lynn started working at United States Steel, in the refrigeration department. Shortly after joining USS, he started to attend refrigeration and electrical apprentice school. Three years later the mill down sized and he started working full time for his dad at the heating, cooling, and refrigeration Service Company.

Lynn is EPA Certified, carry’s a geothermal look designer and installer certification from IGSHPA, has a PURON refrigerant certification, Generac Factory certification, ceritired to perform manual J&D load and duct design, along with many others. He has also attended over 100 training classes, some of the highlights include classes from Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Generac, Climate Master, Mitsubishi Mini Split Installation and Factory Service Certified.

James JoyHVAC and Generator Installer

Jim started out doing HVAC in new construction, installing A/C, Furnaces, and Ductwork in 1980. Since then he has attended monthly and yearly training classes to stay on top of the latest technology and install strategies. About 15 years ago, he started to install Geothermal Heating and Cooling Units in both the residential and commercial sectors. Jim is now our go to guy for all things Geothermal, he still specializes in complicated ductwork installs and roof top designs. He has been in the HVAC business for 35 years.

Mike has been in the parts industry since 1983. He has extensive knowledge in service parts, warranty, and warehouse management. He makes sure our service and installation technicians have what they need in order to get the job done. If we don’t have it in stock, he will find it for you.

Anthony SucichService/Installation Technician

Anthony received a scholarship from Carrier and Temperature Equipment to attend the HVAC program at Retail Ready Career Center. Anthony submitted a great essay and was a perfect match for our team. He is currently training with our lead technicians and will graduate from Retail Ready later this Spring. He is doing a great job and will be an excellent service technician.
